Describe The Role Of Organelles In Plant Cell
Plasma Membrane: This organelle’s main function is to protect the cell from its surroundings, the membrane also regulates the movement of substances that go in and out of the cell. This is composed of phospholipid bilayer with embedded proteins.
Cell Wall: The cell wall is composed of cellulose, this sugar is used as structure and protection. This organelle is only found in plants. The cell wall has three layers the middle lamella, primary cell wall, and secondary cell wall. The middle lamella contains a polysaccharide that binds cells to one another. The primary cell wall contains sugars and fibers that give the flexibility and strength needed for cell growth. The secondary cell wall contains sugar, fiber, and lignin; lignin aids in water conductivity and

This organelle is like a stomach it breaks down sugars, fats, proteins, and nucleic acids. Lysosomes also kill the bacteria and get rid of leftover cellular waste. These are also in charge of repairing the plasma membrane and cell signaling.
Chloroplast: This is the food producer in the cell. This organelle is only found in plant, photosynthesis takes place in this organelle. The oxygen that the chloroplast releases is the oxygen you breathe.
Mitochondria: This is known as the powerhouse of the cell. These are made of two membranes(where the chemical reaction occurs) and a matrix(where the fluid is held). The main function of this organelle is to perform cellular respiration.
Cytoskeleton: This gives the cell its shape, helps move materials in and out of the cell, and holds all the organelles in place. Cytoskeleton controls the movement of the cell’s organelles. The cytoskeleton has three parts to it the microfilaments, intermediate filaments, and microtubules. The microfilaments are the smallest part and are helically shaped. Intermediate filaments twist around each other forming a cord. The microtubules are stronger proteins that are hollow and long

The mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell it provides energy to the cell through respiration. The food that we eat is broken into simpler molecules like carbohydrates, fats and etc in our bodies. These are sent to the mitochondrion where they are further precessed to produce charged molecules that combine with oxygen and produce Adenosine TriPhosphate (ATP) molecules. This entire process is known as oxidative phosphorylation.Mitochondria also helps in the building of certain parts of the blood, and hormones like testosterone and estrogen.…

Cell membrane- The cell membrane is a thin semi-permeable membrane that surrounds the cytoplasm of a cell. Its function is to protect the integrity of the interior of the cell by allowing certain substances into the cell, while keeping other substances out. It also serves as a base of attachment for the cytoskeleton in some organisms and the cell wall in others. Thus the cell membrane also serves to help support the cell and help maintain its shape.…

The organelles membrane is there to keep the contents of each organelle separate from the rest of this cell. The membrane consists of a lipid bilayer that may have channels in order to allow the transport of specific molecules which are needed somewhere else in the cell. An example of this is proteins produced by the ribosomes are then moved to the Golgi apparatus in which they are processed and then sent to the correct part of the cell.…

Between 1689 and 1763, the “Wars of Empire” was occurring between, France, Britain, Spain, and their colonial possessions ( Era Introduction). Of course in the end Britain came out on top which put them in a position of high power, but they did not do it by themselves though. How did the English colonies become the most successful colonial power in North America by 1763? It was because many settlers were drawn to their political systems which encouraged cultural diversity, economic growth, representative government, and religious toleration (Colonial American History).…
