Description Hiking Description Speech
What comes to mind when you hear the verb Hiking? Honestly, there are so many perspectives people may pursue in defining Hiking. But in a nutshell, Hiking is an outdoor activity which consists of walking in natural environments, often in mountainous or other sceneries. Walking in nature may be trendy these days simply because Hiking counts as moderate aerobic exercise. Engaging in 30 minutes or more of physical activity improves your cardiovascular fitness, which means your heart and lungs can more efficiently deliver oxygen to working muscles. As a result, it's easier to maintain physical activity, whether you're exercising, doing housework or doing outside activities such as games. Hiking can also lower cholesterol and blood pressure, as well as help you manage your weight and build and retain bone density. I bet you didn't know Hiking gives you excitement and motivation to explore new places that you can actually learn from. Young, Wild and Free Hiking Club intend on not just doing outdoor activities but we are thinking of asking the Coast Guard for a week for them to educate us about whatever there is to learn about swimming and being disciplined. We also intend on doing an exam about all the places we hike and the top three students who rank the most outstanding performance in each exam will obtain a prize. In terms of fund raising we intend on doing sponsor walk and an exhibition to not just other students who are not in the club but to the parents and other teachers. We also intend on having a camp outing at one of the safest areas right here in St. Vincent and the Grenadines where we will have midnight stories, folk songs and roast marshmallows. Young, Wild and Free do hope you will take into consideration in trying out this activity and we are looking forward for participants who are not just eager to hike but who are willing to give advice on where they will like to go and what areas they will like to gain education history.

I am at Ravine Garden State Park in Palatka, Florida. If you are like me you tend to think of Florida as being pretty flat or all beaches but this is not true. This state park is home to not one but two ravines measuring up to 90 feet deep! It is imperative we protect gems like this. Ravine Garden State Park deserves continued financial support and preservation because it beautifully highlights how Florida's waterways shape and mold this state's landscape and history as well as showcases…

The outdoor environment helps the overall well being of the children as the outdoors makes them feel free which helps their emotional and social development, as it allow them to learn new skills and develop confidence in playing alongside others. In the long term physical activity helps the children to become interested in sports and outdoor activities. This is a good foundation to build when the children are young because as they grow older children and young adults start to become less active so early physical activity is more beneficial for the child in the long term. If when children are young and do not take part in physical activity it is more likely that they will become obese later on in life which in turn could end up with them getting more serious diseases such as type 2 diabetes, cancer or heart diseases, it could also result in girls having osteoporosis later on in life.…

As people age their metabolism slows, so maintaining energy balance requires moving more and eating less.
