This essay will identify and discuss in detail the strategies that are required to support and empower Mrs Meeha who is a 77-year-old female with a long term condition, poor general health management and has recently been admitted to hospital with an infected leg ulcer. Mrs. Chaparro let me in on the relationships between the Med Lab Scientists and the nurses and doctors, which can sometimes be difficult relationship due to the stress involved in their jobs. There were many factors to focus on when conducting Aisha's interview. Her issues were not only limited to the beginning of adolescent years but also, in fact, had much more to do with her background.
