For pregnant woman well-balance and healthy diet is very essential for healthy pregnancy and growth of baby in her womb. During pregnancy period many women find no desire for eating food normally in the first trimester, in such case as a healthy mother you should follow healthy diet plan to provide essential nutrients to your baby. You should avoid eating fast food or oily and spicy food during pregnancy. Add plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and food with rich of calcium and protein for your healthy pregnancy. During your nine months of pregnancy, your everyday is very important to nurture your baby. Your small mistake can be harmful for your baby. Therefore, avoid outside food and prefer food from home that is rich of vitamins, minerals, fibers, proteins, etc.
You can make whole day diet plan from various combination of food for four to five days and follow it whatever you wish to eat. You can plan your diet from morning breakfast up to dinner. Variouscombinations of fruits and vegetables gives you taste in your meal and nutrients to your health.
