Dieting is good or bad thing??

Diet is a program in which a person goes through certain types of eating habits and exercises to control his weight.

When we talk about diet, we should remember that some people use it in a good way to change their bad-eating habits like taking lots of sugars, salts or even lipids. On the other hand, the fizzy drinks in large amounts also contribute to a non-healthy lifestyle. For example: a large amount of Pepsi can lead to softening of the bone contents of the minerals which will end to a disease called Osteomalacia and this will eventually lead to bone fractures and bed bounding.

On the other way, some people who underwent diet programs can prevent themselves from many good sources of vitamins and nutrients that are essential for the body functions and intact integrity of the body contents. To illustrate; when we see those Vegetarians who stopped eating meat they can have a type of anemia called nutritional anemia. It will happen because meat contains important elements for blood synthesis. So, for those who stopped eating these kinds of foods due to their thoughts that they are overweight and doing these actions will reduce their weight we can just advice them to regulate their eating patterns and help them with proper diet schedules to guard them from losing important particles of nourishment. In a group of people, we can hear about the restriction of diet to the point that the body storage of nutrients is depleted. This type of nutritional programs may reflect some sort of psychological problems like anroxia nervosa. And for those who suffer from this disease must consult a specialist doctor in order to control the disease and return them to the normal needed diet. Finally, we can conclude that diet can change a person's life in many ways whether it is good or bad and if we used it in a right

    Soda is to bones as cigarettes are to lungs - both cause long-term issues. Drinking soda can be linked to osteoporosis, which is a common bone disorder that makes bones weak and brittle (McGrath). People with osteoporosis are more prone to broken and fractured bones. Many people have replaced their daily glass of milk or orange juice, which provides calcium to the body, with a soda, which is high in caffeine and phosphoric acid. Soda essentially leeches nutrients out of bones causing them to become weak. It does this through an imbalance of phosphoric acid and calcium. Phosphorus is an important bone mineral that works with calcium in order to build strong bones and teeth (Ehrlich). When there is a phosphorus deficiency one can experience symptoms such as loss of appetite, anxiety, bone pain, fragile bones, stiff joints, fatigue, irregular breathing, irritability, numbness, weakness, and weight change (Ehrlich). Several studies have shown that higher intakes of phosphorus are associated with an increased risk in cardiovascular disease as well. Researchers at Tuft’s University studied multiple men and women and the effects of cola based soda products on their health. They found that women who drank three to four cola based sodas a day had about four percent lower bone density in the hip even though calcium was regulated. However, women who drank non-cola based soda, like Sprite of Mountain Dew, did not have a loss in bone density (Feature). This does not imply that Sprite and Mountain Dew sodas are okay though because they are still both very high is sugar and Mountain Dew is very high in caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic, or increases the production of urine, and can cause an increase in calcium loss in urine (McGrath). For every 150 milligrams of caffeine, about five milligrams of calcium are lost through urine. This…
