My roles and responsibilities of a criminal justice professional is to serve all those who need it. It's my responsibilities not judge people on their race, religion or economic demographics but to do my job as the best of my abilities no matter the circumstances. Most importantly to me I want to help those who need it most those who have lost all faith in what this country is supposedly build one justice and freedom. “For justice to be true justice, it must be fair. It must be administered equally and exactly to all.” (The Making of America, p. 239). Although I don't have a role in the criminal justice system now I would hope I can play an important role in breaking our corrupt system. Since I’m not sure would type of career as a criminal justice professional I will have I expect that it would make a positive difference in at least one-person life. I guess politics would be a great fit for me with my ideas and thoughts on how to change things for the better. I aim to create new policies and laws to adapt to the ever-changing society we live in. My plan is for my profession to mainly help low income communities, making sure they receive the necessities such as food, education and public housing. To promote the goal of justice they need educate people that's already in the criminal justice field and make sure their doing their job correctly, which will instill trust in the community. They need to listen to the people most affected by the decisions of public officials. Their presence need to be in the public not just when there is a crime. There are many challenges in the field of criminal justice. Most people in the field are corrupted and racist. Departments should offer more training on how to deal with situations other than violent tactics. They should add more requirements to certain jobs, multiple extensive psychological exams to weed out the unfit individuals the public
