Basic Organizational Designs Have Six Structure Elements.
1.Specialization-a process in which different individuals and units perform different task.
2.Chain Of Command-is the unbroken line of authority that extend from the top of the organizations to the lowest echelon and clarifies who reports whom.
3.Span Of Control-the number of subordinates who report to executive or supervisor or the numbers of workers that can effectively controlledby a manager.
4.Authority And Responsibility-refer to the rights inherent in a managerial position to give orders and expexts orders to obeyed.
5.Centralisation And Decentralisation-centralisation is a situation where most all control is centralized and trhe authority is given to talk level people in the organizations.Decentralisation is a situation where certain amount of authority is hended down to subordinates or employees at the lower level of the organizations.
