Leadership defined as “ focusing the efforts of a group of people toward a common goal and enabling them to work as a team. In general terms, leadership is the ability to get things done through others” (PMI, 2013, p.513). The leadership impact all the levels of organizations such as personal space, team space, and organizational space (Wong, 2007), these impact depends on the relationship between the spaces and the authority of leaders to manage both bad and good behaviors.
