Project Charter
Project: Colorado Springs Welcome Home Parade Date 04/20/15
Scope Overview
The project team will organize all the aspects of the parade. They are going to execute this project in a professional manner and with a 100% accuracy. They will organize and execute all aspect of the event, they will have a fund rising to be able to get money to pay for the parade expenses. The will coordinate and plan a lunch reception for all 11,000 soldiers. All this planning have to get done a five month period. The project team will be sure to execute the parade under the budget and has have been inform the city is offering every city department to participate. This will help to low the cost of the parade

Business Case
The project team have 4 months to raise enough money to be able to fund the parade. All of the project planning and fund raise has to get done in the time provide to them by the city council.
