The number 21 is the magic number in people’s lives in the United States. What about why someone can serve their country at the age of 18 but not go out and have a beer? People argue that once a person turns 18 they are a legal adult. So if a person is an adult, why can they not make an adult decision to go have a drink? Following that decision, would be to get a ride and not drive. The drinking age is something that most people do not follow. Some say 18 should be the drinking age. The problem is so many people debate on whether or not the drinking age of 18 is healthy, but 25 is too old. Being able to have a drinking age set at one age is never going to please anyone, but there are certain laws that could be made more clear.
