A DUI, driving under the influence, is the act of driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level, over the legal state limit. If you get arrested and change for a DUI the state will prosecute you accordingly. Then there are the offense your first offense is a typically resulting in the loss of license for 1 year as well as federally mandated outpatient alcohol abuse program and probation. There are the needs to have citizen’s education on the effects and consequences of drinking and driving. This way they understand that driving under the influents should not be an option as it can be dangerous and never fatal. In case one is in a party or a club and may take alcohol it is advisable to have a driver to drive to drive you where you would like to go or you may get a DUI. Alternatively, it would be better to take a taxi home as this would guarantee more road safety. A person can also decide to spend the night in town or where it is are they partying from this as this would be safer than drinking and later home. Strict laws should be enforced in ever country against drunk driving. As a result you will be charged with vehicular manslaughter. Nowadays, we can easily purchase alcohol
