Even though the death tolls have been dropping in the past 10 years, any death evolving alcohol can be prevented.

V. Drinking and driving is an issue that doesn’t just affect the perpetrator. A. I learned that even though the death toll has dropped it still a big problem in society.
1. Some pockets of societies in the USA think that it’s OK to drink and drive and glorify it.
2. Even when high profile people die that still not enough to change people thinking. B. I think that my opinion in this subject is still for stiffer and hard punishment. 1. More jail time for first offenders
2. Have offenders volunteer in educational programs so thy get hand on in what happens on the other end the victims end.
