Asian Legend does offer a very authentic northern China cuisine compares to other restaurants in China Town. However, the price of the meal is considered to be quite expensive for most of the students. For two people, we ordered one starter and three entrees and the bill was fifty six dollar. This amount has already exceeded my regular budget for a meal, which is fifteen dollar per meal. This explained why there were lesser students dining in at Asian Legend. Aside of its high priced menu, the services we received was absolutely…

John Butkus was considering changing the preliminary design of the Waterloo restaurant location to increase its capacity and serve customers more quickly. Mr. Butkus wants a design that will optimize the restaurants profit without compromising the customers dining experience. There are several design options available to consider: adding a second food preparation area, moving the cooking grill, both options and neither option. In order to find the best design option, I have used the detailed data collected from the London restaurant location by Mr. Butkus, as an estimation to evaluate different design options. For example, how long it took customers to go through the food preparation area, the average number of trips customer took, and the duration of the average meal time. Based on this data and current information in Waterloo restaurant location, a SWOT and financial analysis have revealed the strengths and weakness of each design. It is recommended that a combination design of adding a second food preparation area and moving the cooking grill should be used in the design change.…

What is your favorite restaurant on campus? For me, Hong Kong Noodle is my favorite restaurant. They have really authentic food and make me feel like home. For example, the minced beef and scramble egg with rice, fried squid, and Wonton Soup are something I always order. However, these are only tip of the iceberg. Known as the “Food Paradise”, Hong Kong cuisine is almost influenced by all over the world due to the fact that it has a long history of being an international city. Therefore, you can choose from a wide variety of food when you visit Hong Kong. Among all kinds of food, I think Cha Chaan Teng is one of the most popular foods in Hong Kong because it really reflects our culture in different ways.…

At this site, the people come together each year to let go of one's hatred, anger and past transgressions. They do so by, making a container made with banana leaves or bread, placing some kind food dish in it, lighting a candle, sometimes placing a small coin and then setting it in to the river as to pay respects to the water spirits and Buddha. At this gathering, one can see lights floating on the waters, lantern lights in the sky; literally lights hanging from anywhere that is applicable. Seeing all of the beautiful lush vegetation in photos, the restaurant has strategically placed various tropical palm trees within to give that feel of freshness. As if one was indulging in fine cookery basking in the sunlight and fresh breeze on the Phi Phi Islands. Everything is set up to give the average person an authentic feel of Thailand to go with the authentic Thai formula. Brought by the kindest wait staff, even the menu itself includes both English and Thai or rather Siamese wordings. The people working are so pleasant and fluent in English, they would not be offended if one did try to order in their native tongue. Personally, I've never once tried to pronounce anything off of the menu, mainly I do not want to be disrespectful and I have no knowledge of how it should…
