Edward Scissorhands is directed and written by the famous director of ‘Batman’ the most famous movie in the history. The famous film producer, film director and writer Tim Burton has made a lot of successful before he produces Edward Scissorhands. And the comeback of Tim Burton with his new movie during that time has made the audience shocked by the appearance of the mysterious yet scariest man in the history. Edward(Johnny Depp) who lives alone by himself in a castle which is far away from all of the people and one day, there was a woman who came to rescued him out of the dark castle and her name is Peg Boggs. When Peg first met Edward the camera is in the long shot so that we can see how Edward appearance is different from other human and Tim Burton changes the camera into close up. A man with scars all over his face, a pale skin face and his sad and loneliness eyes. Tim Burton has shown us a horrific image of a human like figure, but not actually a human. A man with ‘scissorhands’. Who else can have a great imagination enough to think of someone like this? There is no one else but Tim Burton, he is an amazing man with such ideas. Edward, the one who yearn for a pair of hands, the one who is unfinished. He cannot touch someone without seeing blood. What else can he do to not hurt the one he loves? It is amazing how Tim Burton create a love between a human and a robot, while Kim Boggs( Winona Ryder) decorating for Christmas, she looks out of the window and saw snow flying. Edward is craving an ice sculpture to show the love for him to Kim. Kim is dancing under the ice sculpture and small pieces of ice is falling down under Kim, with her white dress, showing how pure she is and how pure is the love of Kim to Edward.
