Egoistic Assessment
Realistically, every boss goes for their wants and needs, so I couldn’t really tell. Quarterly and monthly assessment report or feedback could allow me to adjust myself to Hennepin County working environment and work on my shortcoming if it’s one. We all are humans and needs to be told our mistakes and poor performances. That would have allowed me to improve on what were my shortcoming. Example: I have different cultural practices and could understand things from different perspectives without notices. If I am aware of things and inform on issues that against the policy and procedure of this job or individuals, I would have improved. Egoistic is the least in my life, I always seeking the way forward. So if I had some shortcoming, I wish I could

Psychological Egoism insouciantly means the only outcome individuals are capable of desiring and or pursuing is ultimately in his own self-interest. Psychological Egoism can be perceived as reason to Wesley Autrey’s actions on the subway tracks, while contrastingly, the perceived notation that Autrey’s actions were altruistic could be a plausible assumption. I will provide a thorough explanation of Psychological Egoism. Further more I will provide argument to the motivation of Autrey’s actions from the views of both a Psychological Egoist and a non-psychological-egoist. Finally I will argue my point of view that Aultrey’s actions are altruistic.…

I have always found it interesting how everyone can have a different learning style. It does not mean that one person is smarter than the other, and vice versa. Everyone is completely different with how they intake information and their learning skills. My best learning skill is Kinesthetic I am more a “hands on” learner. I have always been more successful and learned better once I actually did something hands on. I can learn verbally, and visual as well but that is my best learning technique.…

“Ego”. To describe this word, most people would say it is the word that means, “I”. It is the word that makes each person individual. Ayn Rand writes a story called Anthem bringing to life a character named Equality 7-2521 along with his companion Liberty 5-3000. The society they live in believes every person should be equal. “And we know well that there is no transgression blacker than to do or think alone” written in Anthem. In this story, there is no such thing as the word “Ego”. But to Equality 7-2521 there is such a thing. Throughout this story, Equality builds new ideas bringing to life a new society where he believes it is freedom. “There is nothing to take a man’s freedom away from him, save other men. To be free, a man must be free of his brothers. That is freedom.” By the end of the story, these two characters give each other new names to fit their new selves. Liberty renames Equality as Prometheus. Equality renames Liberty as Gaea. Ayn Rand names these characters Prometheus and Gaea for their strong personalities toward the historical Prometheus and Gaea.…

The first part of self assessing me was pretty important because it was a sum of my whole lifestyle in one. Giving me an overall look on what I should change or if I should even change any of my habits. My smoking score was a perfect 10, which was not surprising at all to me. My alcohol/drug score for this was seven points because I do drink. The score for my eating and exercising habits were perfect because I do a good job when it comes to eating right and working out on a daily. My stress control score was an eight, but I do understand why. I do know that I stress to some extent. My last score was safety and the score for that was a nine. I think my life is pretty amazing if you ask me.…

Over the past 3 months, my writing has improved dramatically. After writing countless essays and journals along with other assignments, I can say that my writing has almost become twice as good since high school. For this I am grateful. The writing skills that I have learned will be very useful in life beyond college. I have learned that writing is an art form; And similar to pieces of art, writing improves over time and it an always be improved. Among the many aspects of writing that I have improved upon, the most important things include: How to develop an introduction paragraph, teacher feedback, and developing transitions from one topic to another.…

Each of the self-assessments were an eye opener to me and to what my life has been like since the first-time primary socialization has taken place. The results for my analysis were more focused on groups. Most of the words that I wrote down put me into groups with other people, such as, nursing student or bibliophile. The results for the second analysis were that I am in the normal range for self-esteem. The next analysis that I did told me that I believe we are all in control of our own fate. To me, this means that the actions I take determine how my life will play out and that the term luck is used by people who are too afraid to take control or do anything with their life. The fourth analysis showed me that in some situations my behavior…
