Doctor’s professionalism is not evaluated according to his care and scientific approach toward the patients; but rather, by how many patients he could handle per hour, and each one has his own strategy to escape from the workload. The doctors, because of the pressurised work environment, start to conceal their real personality; they become aggressive — because it is a self-defensive mechanism — and eventually the aggressive personality becomes dominant and most of them demonsrate? personate the offensive face; which subsequently disturbs the friendly relationship, and this makes me regret dealing with some of them.
