Music makes noise or is relatable Music notes Life without music? NO!NO!NO! Music is a part of life and it does influence people’s moods; happy, sad, glad or mad. Music can be a negative or a positive, but it always depends on the genre. Also, lyrics do affect people’s everyday lives! The world without music can be tragic. People say music makes the world go around, but would the world be better with or without it? Is music a positive or a negative? Music is a great influence, to everyone! “It can affect a person’s mood or even the growth of a plant” states Dr. Knight university of Carolina. Is music the right thing for everyone? To, Dr. Luke university of New Jersey, “Music can even be used to strengthen or weaken emotions”. People in general completely agree on it! Is music a positive or a negative? It’s a positive, because music helps people to cope with our everyday life. Lyrics do affect/relate to people’s life When your feeling down a specific song makes you feel better. As Dr. Reed university of Texas states “many songs, genres of music triggers different emotions towards a person.” Music is a positive beneficial toward people, when no one there for you, music is and it’s also relatable. For example, “At a funeral, a certain song could be played and trigger a memory or emotion in a person that brings them to tears” states Dr. Logan, university of Newark. To, 17 out of 18 students, music can be greatly beneficial to anyone. Life without music Without music? Wouldn’t the world go insane? As Rebecca (music lover) states “everything would be BORING. I can't have a day without music; I mean that it is on TV, movies, videos, it is everywhere”.
