1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 BACKGROUND

Fiamma Holding Berhad (Fiamma) commenced its operations in a shop house in Johor Bharu in 1979, under Fiamma Sdn. Bhd, the first company of Fiamma Group. With only a stuff of five, the company marketed and distributed its own house brand of electrical home appliances in Malaysia under the name of ELBA & FABER. Despite is humble beginnings and small workforce, the company was big on ideas and growth plans. Within a short time, Fiamma expanded its activities to Kuala Lumpur, where its head office is based today. It gradually established branches, services centers and an extensive network of dealers throughout Peninsular and East Malaysia. Today, Fiamma represents of the world’s major names in electrical appliances as well as sanitary ware and bathroom fittings.
Everyday, products under the Fiamma banner touch the lives of people from of walks of live to gives them unsurpassed comfort and convenience, whether at home, at work or at play.
Much of Fiamma’s success can be attributed to its dynamic outlook that is sensitive to market changes. Through it all, we are guided by our commitment to enhance the lives of people with better living comfort and conveniences through products and services of superior value.
Fiamma Holding Berhad. The Group 's principal activities are selling and servicing electrical home appliances, sanitary ware, other household products, pre-fabricated kitchen cabinets. Other activities include long term investment in unquoted shares and property investment and development, providing warehousing and logistic services, distributing water filtration system and healthcare products and distributing medical services. The Group operates in Malaysia and Singapore.

1.2 HISTORY 1979 | - | Fiamma Sdn. Bhd., first company under Fiamma Holdings Berhad group of companies began operations in Johore Bahru marketing mainly the Elba brand of electrical home appliances. This was followed by the opening of the
