The outstanding code is the first code of the ethics codes of educator which is “the professional educator deals considerately and justly with each student, and seeks to resolve problems, including discipline, according to law and school policy. [1]” The code I would be named as “the equality and fairness code”. The equality and fairness code would apply in different situations in school. Educator should treat every student equality and fairness. The result of violating this code would be the educator treats student unequal and unfair, which cause the situation unbalance and unconsciously increase the degree of problems. The equality and fairness code lists in the first place because it is very important; the reason is that inequality and unfairness
