Whether you lose your family due to your addiction, you lose someone to alcohol, or you lose someone who was hurt by someone who was under the influence. The loss of your family due to addiction would be really hard because all of the support to help you quit is pretty much gone. After that, I think that it would be close to impossible to quit. Also, losing a family member because of their addiction to alcohol would be really hard. Especially if everyone has tried to give them the help they need and they keep pushing away. But I think the worst thing would be losing someone who was innocent and was killed by someone who was drinking. I think this would be the worst because that person would not have been doing anything wrong. The most common one today is a pledge to sign to not drink and drive. If everyone were to sign that pledge, the death my driving under the influence would be extremely low, if not zero. Another type of organization is Alcoholics Anonymous. These are meetings where everybody sits down and shares what they want to about their addiction. It is confidential, so nobody is supposed to share anything that they say or hear at these meetings. Not even the names of the people who attend. With the help of organizations the amount of alcoholism and DUI will drop
