One positive reason that came from imperialism was that sanitation were improved and more hospitals and schools were built. These are good things because less people were getting sick due to things being more sanitary, and hospitals were helping to heal the injured and sick so less people were dying. More people were getting an education due to lots of public schools being built. Another reason imperialism was good is because the improvement of sanitation and hospitals increased people's lifespans. Also, literacy rates went up because more people were going to school and could now read and write. The last positive reason of things that came from impressionism was the new technology. When the British took over colonies they brought their new technology with them like the steam engine, telegraphs, and radios which brought more money to the colonies.
