Firstly, fatigue for peoples with multiple sclerosis is different from other fatigue, it occurs when nerve deteriorated in the spinal column. It occurs suddenly and easily. Even after a good night sleeps they tend to feel tired when wake up in the morning and get worse as the day progresses. They also tend to be aggravated by heat and humidity.

Optic neuritis occurs when optic nerve inflammation, which results in blurred image, loss of colour vision or blindness in one eye. Nystagmus is uncontrolled of eye movement, either horizontal or vertical.
