Odysseus’s adventure through the Mediterranean Sea takes many years to accomplish, But he never lost sight of what he wanted. Even when Circe a sea witch, turns all of his men into swine he stayed there through thick and thin for a year.(Homer, Preface The Land of the Dead) “Odysseus and his reduced crew escape and reach Aeaea,ha the island ruled by the sorceress goddess Circe. She transforms half of the men into swine. Protected by a magic herb, Odysseus demand's that Circe change his men back into human form.
