Another area to consider is that the travelling develops an understanding of other cultures and become more tolerant or intercultural differences. What is the most important about that is when you are in the foreign country you absorb their culture by spending time with them. Therefore you become more open to the various communities, cultures or countries, so eventually variety is the spice of life. On the other hand, tourists produced additional amount of waste and local authorities have to deal with that problem.
