Question 1: The rising levels of congestion and air pollution found in most of the world cities is due to the rapidly increasing number of private cars in use. Do you think the use of public transport can encourage people to use their car less? Discuss possible ways to encourage public to use the public transport.

Answer 1: Air pollution is one of the contribution factors to the increments of various disease to the country. One of the major contributor to the pollution is the uses of private cars that produce Carbon Monoxide to the environment. It has been known that high levels of pollutions observed in most of the big cities have been resulted on important damages of people’s health and human respiratory systems (throat, lungs and nose) and also can hurts the eyes and skin.
One of the way to reduce the air pollution is encourage the people using the public transportation. The government need to allocate sum of financial budget for the Public transportation to ensure its reliability, timely and accessibility to every single person included old, students and handicappers.
The public transport must be linked from different types of media such as busses, taxis, train and cable car at one stations. All the stations need to be facilitated with car and bikes parking space, wheel chair and handicappers routes. The government also need to hire competence company or contractors to ensure the best service given to the public or the public transport users.
Having a good public transportation system will encourage all people to leave their cars at home and use a cheaper, safety and quickly media of transportation. For example, Japan has the best public transport system and most of Japanese uses the public transport and there is no air pollutions in Japan. People use the bicycle or just walking from the station to their work place to keep the healthy environment.
