ESTJ
After taking this Test, I realized that I totally was the same as description of ESTJs. Due to findings from it, I feel more believe in my career choice, and I can also prove my strengths as well as remedy my weaknesses. There are numerous opinions about ESTJs that I think they are exactly.
First of all, embracing the values of honesty, dedication and dignity, people with the ESTJ personality type are valued for their clear advice and guidance, and we happily lead the way on difficult paths. Taking pride in bringing people together, ESTJs often take on roles as community organizers, working hard to bring everyone together in celebration of cherished local events, or in defense of the traditional values that hold families and communities together. Our opinions aren't just empty talk either, as ESTJs are more than willing to dive into the most challenging projects, improving action plans and sorting details along the way, making even the most complicated tasks seem easy and approachable.
However, I think that ESTJs don't work alone, and we expect our reliability and work ethic to be reciprocated - people with this personality type meet their promises, and if partners or subordinates jeopardize them through incompetence or laziness, or worse still, dishonesty, we do not hesitate to show their wrath. This can earn them a reputation for inflexibility, a trait shared by all Sentinels (SJ), but it's not because ESTJs are arbitrarily stubborn, but because we truly believe that these values are what make society work.
These are many strength of ESTJs:
Dedicated - Seeing things to completion borders on an ethical obligation for ESTJs. Tasks aren't simply abandoned because we've become difficult or boring - people with the ESTJ personality type take them up when they are the right thing to do, and they will be finished so long as they remain the right thing to do.
Strong-willed - A strong will

According to Jung Typology Test’s result, ENTP is my personality type. The accuracy of personality tests are doubtful for me. They seem to me like the given descriptions by horoscopes, any one gets this result would probably think it was he or she, especially since it is mostly praising. So that, I looked at the weakness to figure out whether ENTP describes me exactly or not.…

In my Myers-Briggs assessment I found that my am an ISTJ. I was not surprise when I was told I have a strong preference if introvert than extraversion. I really enjoy working alone and doing things at my own pace. I not really much of the social type or the partying type. The power to be able to focus and make the best logical decisions possible is very much needed as a quality in becoming a child welfare specialist. I am modern sensing over intuition this doesn’t surprise me at…

In the year 1962, Psychological pioneers Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers published one of the first modern personality assessment questionnaires. This questionnaire would then be further developed and eventually become one of the most popular personality type indicators in the US. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (or MBTI) was based off of Jung’s theory of psychological types and was designed to help people pinpoint the specifics of their personalities so that they could select a career path that would be best suited to them.…

In 1915, Albert Einstein first proposed his theory of special relativity. Essentially, this theory proposes the universe we live in includes 4 dimensions, the first three being what we know as space, and the fourth being spacetime, which is a dimension where time and space are inextricably linked. According to Einstein, two people observing the same event in the same way could perceive the singular event occurring at two different times, depending upon their distance from the event in question. These types of differences arise from the time it takes for light to travel through space. Since light does travel at a finite and ever-constant speed, an observer from a more distant point will perceive an event as occurring later in time; however, the event is "actually" occurring at the same instant in time. Thus, "time" is dependent on space.…

The Myers-Briggs test involves all the ways of becoming aware of things, people, happenings, or ideas. The test provides insight into personality traits that people possess. It helps people understand their qualities as to know how to plan their lives. With the test, it is easier to categorize different characteristics or traits that people might otherwise not be aware of, which will help people learn how others could react to something in their environment. Therefore, the Myers-Briggs test can be used for self-reflection, understanding, job placement, and learning how to interact better with others in a team or work group. In the Myers-Briggs Type indicator/Jung’s Typology Test results I scored ENFJ, which stands for extrovert, intuitive, feeler, and judger. These results seem extremely accurate to me. I do enjoy spending time with people, talking to them, and trying my best to understand them. People fascinate me yet I find it difficult to open up to the people around me, which is a common characteristic among ENFJ’s. Being intuitive, I tend to look at the big picture rather than detail. I rely on my gut rather than my conscious. As a feeler, the decisions I make tie in with the values I grew up learning, leading with my heart and naturally gravitate towards people. Lastly, as a judger, I am super organized! Having a preference towards planned and settled activities.…

We often hear in the news today stories of food deserts across our nation where healthy affordable food is difficult to obtain. The First Lady even started a program to try and help bring grocers back into urban low income areas. If the Grocer in question would have acted as good corporate citizens they may have been able to address the following issues and possibly prevented the closing of their stores. Company Q could have contributed to the disadvantaged hungry people of their community through the services of the food bank all while improving public relations with their community and employees. It is also possible they could have increased profits by engaging customers and responding to their feedback and requests in a timely manner. Taking these simple steps could have had a positive impact on their community and success and profitability of their business.…
