We have established a relationship and want to see him succeed. My morals are telling me to help him anyway I can and naturally I want to. With that being said we have an agreement and as a professional I have to honor it. If I make an exception and answer his calls it could cause a big domino effect. Tim can take it as the agreement doesn’t hold any weight and he can violate it. My other clients could see me doing that or hear about it and think it is acceptable or I may lose credibility (Pritchard, K., & Fear, W. J.,2015).. I feel the best way to handle the situation is with consistency. I will not interrupt any of my session but I will speak to Tim and let him know that the behavior is not acceptable. I will try and attempt to communicate once more, I feel that the most effective way to resolve the issue. I will discuss the agreement and let Tim know that if we can not follow the agreement we will have to terminate the relationship. I like to address the issue head on and am willing to give 2nd chances, but I know my limits. Unfortunately I may lose business because some clients may take it as not doing everything I can to help , but at this point the relationship is not well and I must set
