This means that there are situations of bad practice in the exercise of the profession and the risk of lawsuits is increased. This may arise out of ignorance, negligence and lack of skill.
The difficult circumstances that cause some diseases or an unpleasant family experience can be the cause of a personal position in favor of euthanasia. But extreme cases do not generate socially just laws, because of the difficulties they entail. Extreme cases are used and presented as unresolvable, so if today we accept to intentionally kill a patient as a solution to a problem, tomorrow we can find a hundred problems for which killing is the solution.
