The basic idea of ethical subjectivism is that your own opinion is your own truth and considered a fact even if is not in agreement with someone else’s opinion/truth because the conclusion was drawn from your own perspective from personal experiences. A person might argue that the theory is broken when the truth of another is a falsehood according to his/her perspective.

The first way is to show hat the theory is mistaken in truth. Second, is to show that the theory is inconsistent. In 38 who saw murder, I believed no one called the police because they were not in tuned with their moral compass and were being selfish because it was not happening to them nor a love one; an example of “not my circus, not my monkeys”. Some people tend to disassociate themselves from situations that does not impact them nor benefit them.
I am a conscientious person and would have called the police because that was the right thing to do. I believe that I would have had remorse if I watched and did nothing. I feel that the impact of her death would not have been detrimental to my state of mind knowing I did what I could to help.
