While watching the Four Little Girls, I could see and understand better what was liked to live while the segregation still existed. In this movie, it showed through how many things black/colored people had to get thought. President Obama talked about how church was their safe place in their community. In this eulogy, Mr. President focused himself on how the church was the “African-American life center,” it was the “Hush Harbor,” were many people (colored) gathered and practiced their beliefs and how many things were offered and promised to them, yet not receiving it.
