Dear Sister,
Praised be Jesus and Mary!
On June 19, 2012, I received a letter from one of our students expressing her interest to help in the library as a volunteer. She is Ms. Scarlet C. Duka from Physical Therapy Department. As stated in her letter attached to this, she has two school days only to spend in a week, and the rest are free days. In fact, she had been helping us out even before she submitted her letter.
I am confident that this student is of good character and trustworthy. She is also respectful, responsible and committed. She can become a significant contribution in providing services to our clientele.
Ms. Duka willfully volunteers herself without any expectation. But I believe that giving should always be reciprocated even with simple gesture of appreciation. Hence, I am requesting permission, if we could provide her with lunch for the days that she would render her services. This amount will be taken from the library fines.
I hope that you would consider her to become part-time library staff member as volunteer and may the Lord bless us with more.
Respectfully yours,
Imelda F. Dugan

Dear Madame,
If you would let me, I would like to volunteer myself to help and assist you and Mr. Silvestre Barcelona in any way I can. I want to volunteer, for I, only have classes every Thursdays and Saturdays for this semester. I’m willing to come to school on the days that I don’t have classes (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) to
