Open 24-hour restaurant
Since Marrybrown is now the largest home-grown Quick Service Restaurant chain with over 300 restaurants in many counties. Marrybrown could improve their business by open 24-hour everyday. There many advantages of open 24- hour, for example, they could provide service to those late dinners and also increase the profit in midnight. Some people work until past the dinner time and cannot get out earlier for a break, so they would choose the restaurants that are open 24-hour. Marrybrown also can provide some special discounted meal in the midnight from 12pm to 8am everyday to encourage more customers to come to Marrybrown in the middle of the night.
Innovation of healthy food
Marrybrown can still improve its variety of food by adding product innovation. For example, it can increase customer’s satisfaction by offering healthy food. Since the people nowadays receive high education quality and become smarter, they will demand a healthier life. Marrybrown should release some healthy food to improve their strengths. They can persuade their customers that its products are healthy to expense, for example, they can use zero trans fatty oil. So, they would regain strength when customers change their concept towards Marrybrown, especially health conscious customers are raising.
Focused and aggressive approach towards promotions
Based on price-shaped stimulus, Marrybrown set their products under an affordable price and based on user’s feedback and customer’s affordability. Marrybrown should promote more about their brand especially in Sabah. Most of the customer in Sabah comes from middle income background, so they should attract them with aggressive approach towards them through promotions. For example, open more outlets in Sabah, especially small city, maybe they can make small kiosk like McDonalds and Uncle Bob.
