The most meaningful thing is talking after the lecture. After the lecture, I had a one-to-one talk opportunity with the sales-representative manager. In my future career, I should keep an open mind. Just as Mr. Shawn Carlton advised us, do not afraid to travelling. As the process of globalization, poultry production had developed into a worldwide industry. Travelling will be inevitable in our future career. Consequently, I need to get along with people with different background and broaden my horizon. I can stand a better chance of creating the life I want, developing as a human being and realizing our goals and dreams if I kept an open mind. When I have an open mind I allow myself to attract opportunities. Keeping an open mind means that I am open to all possibilities and challenges. Staying in one place for a long time tends to have a negative influence on our career. I could become stubborn with narrow views.
