Based on this definition we can identify an impartiality that many people or groups dominate. A demonstration of this definition is the film “12 years of slave” that mostly was focus on these kind of intentions. The communication between the main characters as; Solomon Northup who represents the black race being part of slavery and Edwin Epps who represents the white race as the chief of all slaves. There were moments where these two characters could face each other and the communication between the two reflected "hate speech" by Edwin Epps to Solomon. It is a clear example where we can see the position that Edwin has, the liberty to offend and disrespect Solomon due to his color, race, and identity. Another problem that can be recognized when making a communication between people is expressing negative qualities. “Horn effect attributing a variety of negative qualities to those you dislike" Beebe (p.70) This definition can identify negative effects attributed to the recipient.
