A social determinants of health is the economic and social conditions influencing the health of people and communities. Nursing Intervention and Implementations are as follows: educate everyone about hand washing, proper usage of contact precautions such as wearing PPE or personal protective equipment (gowns, mask, face shield, and gloves), updated vaccinations or immunizations, and keeping up with annual or regular physical check ups. Lastly, when someone is ill, encourage to stay home and prevent the spread of any virus to anyone especially at the hospital
