To support his remote services, George hired on-call technicians in dozens of major cities throughout the U.S. and opened an operations office and call center in Lima, Peru.

Sherry Wright- Northwest Answering Service Site Manager

Northwest Answering Service, established in 1972 and under the management of Sherry Wright, continues to thrive in the telephone answering service industry. In 2002, Sherry joined the Northwest Answering Service team as an operator. With a BA in Business Management, Sherry achieved Operations Site Manager in March 2014. Since that time, she has filled the work place with positivity, knowledge and determination.

Vicki Bassler – PTAS Site Manager

The Pittsburgh location has been operating and providing quality services since 1980. Site manager, Vicki Bassler, has seen this innovative company go from pens and note pads to computers and advanced IT software. During her 33 years at PTAS Vicki has become a loyal and avid team leader.
