Camp Happy Valley is a successful non-profit organization. It began in 1965 as a summer day camp for children living in the city of London, Ontario. The camp’s objective has been “to maximize the camper’s experience through a multitude of activity in a positive and safe atmosphere.” In the recent year, Camp Happy Valley has seen a decrease in the morale of the staff; last summer, camp received many complaints from staff, campers and parents. Adam Cameron is a first-year student at The University of Western Ontario, and also he is a programmer for Camp Happy Valley. For ensuring the camp’s upcoming summer season would be a success, Cameron must make changes to improve the camp’s morale.
The first problem in Camp Happy Valley is that training is boring. The second problem in Camp Happy Valley is that organizer does not know how to balance between learning and entertainment to staff. The third problem in Camp Happy Valley is that the camp staff has a poor attitude.
