Administrative Assistant Temps

Microsoft Office Training Services

Administrative Assistant Temps (AAT)
555 N. Business Park Avenue Nowhere NY 95952

Section 1: INTRODUCTION TO THE COMPANY 1.1 Introduction
Administrative Assistant Temps (AAT) is an agency designed to fill short term, administrative and secretarial positions for companies around the globe. We have been in business since 1990 and have more than twenty years of work experience. The men and women that make up our staff are trained in all aspects of administrative and secretarial duties, and are known for their professionalism throughout the business world. Here at AAT, we strive to be the best at what we do, and we guarantee your satisfaction with our service 100%.

1.2 Business Goals
Over the past year, AAT’s growth has been exceptional. Because of this growth, we have the need to find an outside source for all our Microsoft Office training. Currently we have the capacity to train fifty new employees in Microsoft Office per month. Our goal is to double the number of employees trained, while also decreasing the time it takes to train those employees. In order for us to reach this goal, we will need the help of an established and respectable computer systems training company.

Section 2: INTRODUCTION TO THE PROJECT
2.1 Project Goals
The following are the goals that need to be met in order for the successful execution of our training project. 1. Increase the number of employees trained per month from 50 employees, to 100 employees. 2. Decrease the amount of time it takes to train a group of employees. The current training class is four weeks long. There is no set value for the amount of time we would like to see cut out of the training process. We at AAT understand that not all groups learn the same, and that some employees will need more
