What if there was a woman President or Vice President? Well that almost happened in the United States presidential election of 2008, and could happen again in the United States presidential election of 2012. I believe that it could happen in the near future where a woman becomes President. Woman can be a successful president because women have been good leaders in other countries for years. They can do a job just as good as men because they are just as smart as men. Women follow rules and are fair too. Women can cooperate with the government. Women can make good choices, and effective speeches. Let’s take a look at Sarah Palin in the 2008 campaign she was able to make some very effective speeches that had a very large impact on the Republican crowds that gathered. Although she and McCain lost to Obama the small victories that she has had since then will dramatically improve her chances to become President in 2012 if she decides to run. Even though there isn’t a woman President yet, woman have held some very high level jobs in the highest level of the government. Let’s take a look at Hillary Clinton. She recently ran to become President of the United States, although she lost to Obama, he put her as the Secretary of State in his cabinet. Personally I think she is doing very well, how she handled the recent revolution in Egypt.
