1. Explain in 2-3 sentences the idea of chain of custody. Why is it important?
The chain of custody is the history of the evidence being examined. It provides details in chronological order recorded. It shows how this evidence was retrieve, brought in as evidence, filed, assess, transfer, and disposed of. Is important to authenticate the digital media evidence inside the courtroom. For the evidence to be admissible in court.

2. If you wanted to set up a forensics workstation, what kinds of things would you need to keep in mind?
Some of the things needed to set up a forensics workstation are the following
• Good processing power like faster CPUs, more memory, and more storage capacity.
• Better security and make it easy to document authenticity
