The Therapist, Special education needs assistant, Special education needs teacher, Dinner supervisor, Caretaker, Support assistant, School receptionist and School teacher should treat people.This implies having a duty of care for clients and helping them to achieve their highest potential. Also, a practical reason for treating people well is that clients who are well treated tend to behave agreeably and cooperatively. They also tend to recover more quickly and have fewer problems.

For instance, with Karim for coming to school late, due to appointments. Although, this is not his fault due his illness. This could lead to all the practitioners not repeating the instructions most of the days. This could cause neglect and rejection. All the practitioners are failing to attend to a person’s needs. In other words, this means not considering, or not attempting to supply.
In addition, a dinner supervisor may have a negative attitude towards the pupils who leave their plates and don’t tidy their rubbish they have left. This can cause the child to be upset and anxious the way the dinner supervisor has expressed their view of the child rather than saying it politely. This would mean that the child may not follow the advice given due to their gesture and therefore, they may not follow the rules and have personal control (autonomy) on what they would want to do (won't behave agreeably).
