1) Be able to develop positive relationships with children and young people.
1.1) it is important to have a positive relationshop with children and young people because it will help you and both children and ypung people to have a happier relationahip with each other and make the enviroment much better. With children its good to have a positive relationship so that they can get to no you, get use to the enviroment and so that they feel safe and happy. If child or young person has any problems they may feel they feel more confident telling other adults in thier care than just that one person, parent or teacher, because sometimes the child or young person does not always want to talk to the teacher or parent if they come across any prombles or needs they like to speak to either a teacher assistant or maybe a friend they like so it is always important that you have that trust and positive relationship with people in the childs or young persons care because if you dont and you have concerns about anything or may feel that there is something wrong how could you go about letting people no that there is or you no somthing that isnt right and you cannot talk to anyone because you dont have that positive relationship.
