Locally there will be a local education authority and will give advice on where to obtain staff training and what type of development is needed. They can signpost schools to other establishments and groups to expand on their networking. They will be a help to integrate education in the local area. They may have specialist teachers contracted to them so the schools in the area can find them and use them. They will be expected to ensure the local schools obtain information that will affect them when laws are updated or changed.

Answer: The schools have a role in implementing the national policies so that children young people and families are rewarded with good working practises in their schools.
