Executive Summary
Treadley Pty Ltd is an Australian-based small company that design and sell unique Helmet Hats which provide personal sun protection for cyclists. The Treadley Helmet Hats are fitted cover that goes over a bike helmet to minimise exposure to the face, eyes, ears and back of neck. In order to expand the market, Treadley Pty Ltd plan to export to China. Thus, the export readiness and export potential were identified by section two and section three, which is include competitive advantage, resource suitable, strategies and objectives, economic overview and market demand. Then, the part of the plan export refers to the planning guidelines which contain entry strategy, logistic issues, regulatory issues, and export implementation schedule was provided at the end of the report.
