Ans: Ezetap Mobile Solutions Pvt Ltd is a 3 years old Bangalore based startup in mobile payment space. Ezetap provides hardware and software solutions to B2C and B2B customer segment.
In Ezetap Mobile Solutions Pvt Ltd, I heads the Customer Success Operations. I look after the complete Life Cycle management of Ezetap customers.
Post sales closure we do the customer onboarding, training and handholding of the new customer. Apart from that I need to ensure that existing customer are satisfied and growing. The success of existing customer is very important

It’s important to understand this question before thinking about changes. An organization’s culture is shaped as the organization faces external and internal challenges and learns how to deal with them. When the organization’s way of doing business gives successful returns, then those values are retained and slowly it becomes the culture of the organization.

In startup environment like Ezetap, founder values play a very important and significant role in shaping the culture. It depends on the background, personality of founder or founders as well as their vision for the future of the organization. When entrepreneurs establish their own business the way they want to run the business shapes the rule and norms of the organization. They kind of people they hire to work with them also contribute in shaping up the organization culture.

Ezetap as an organization always believe in instrumental values like honesty, sincerity and always preferred people with high ambitions. On the same side we emphasis on terminal values like self-respect, freedom, work life balance and social security.

Mergers, technological advancements, restructuring, process enhancements, changing customer demands and new product lines are fairly common in today's business world. Strategic change involves making changes to the overall goals, purpose, strategy or mission of an organization.
