I. Introduction
Some one once said that “Smart people learn from experience, but wise people learn from the experience of others”. To become a good leader, I’ve learnt a lot of things and experience from books, documentaries, films and so on written about great leaders such as Napoleon Bonaparte, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and so on. In all of them, the one that interest me the most is Steve Jobs.

Transformational leaders are charismatic and vision oriented. Leaders challenge followers to take greater ownership for their work, encourage their intellectual development, inspire and motivate them to higher levels of effectiveness.
In Jobs’ case, his transformational leadership style can be easily recognized. He had a clear vision about the future of the company was to invent products of the future. These products would be a breakthrough in the technology history and Apple would become a leading company in this major. He stated “If you keep your eye on the profit, you’re going to skimp on the product. But if you focus on making really great products, then the profits will follow”
He often said “You just can’t ask customers what they want and then try to give that to them. By the time you get it built, they’ll want something new”. For that reason, he always encouraged his employees to “think different” to “make it great”. Specially, in hiring process, he

But the fact is that not everyone has the skills or mindset to be a great leader. We have all be around good and bad leaders, we tell ourselves to not become that bad leader. To be a great leader, you need to be able to enlist the support and aid of individuals to complete a common task. When looking at the ten different approaches to the study of leadership when I read about the Charismatic leader I thought of Steve Jobs. He, perhaps better than anyone one in today's business world, sensed opportunities and was able to convey that vision to the employees of his company. He definitely articulated that vision and built trust and loyalty with his employees. There is no question that he achieved those visions and continues to inspire his employees even after his death. He had the ability to envision a product and share that with his people. He did not think small, he thought that his product and services would change the world. His greatest ability was his ability to be innovative and this made his company a leader in the industry. He had the ability to make his people understand and live his vision and the ability to get people to think they needed to have the latest Apple product or service (Henson, 2015). His passion for his company and its people and his ability to inspire trust helped make the company the success it is today.…

"The manager has his eye on the bottom line; the leader has his eye on the horizon". (The Los Angeles Times, Warren Bennis). As we all know, leadership is a quality hidden in the personality of human being. These personality traits include; skill, responsibility, experience, intelligence, and the most significant thing is the power of organizing as well as leading people. A leader sees the 10,000 foot view in any point of his/her work. A successful leader means having the capacity to be a decent leader in coordinating and directing people. It is the capacity of a leader to actuate subordinates to work with certainty and inspiration. A successful leader can likewise be called as "self-aware" which signifies "The leader never lies to himself, especially about himself, knows his flaws as well as his assets, and deals with them directly" (An Invented Life: Reflections on Leadership and Change, Warren Bennis). It is essential to comprehend what characteristics an effective leader has. There are certain qualities, skills, and personal characteristics that can potentially determine a successful leader, which include; dependability, integrity, and perseverance.
