Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is to identify the top 5 communication issues that are having the most negative effect on the company’s ability to expand globally. Help the company to understand the current situation in terms of communication breakdowns among existing offices
Outcomes (product to be created):
As an outcome of this meeting, we should have a list of top 5 communication issues that will help the company to understand the current situation in terms of communication breakdowns among existing offices

Opening ( 5minutes)
Welcome, everyone.
Both of us are all Helix’s employees, and we work in different team and come from different regions. Before we discuss today’s topic, I would like to announce the meeting ground rules in order to make this meeting more efficient and encourage open communication. I would also briefly introduce the background of Helix Inc. And let everyone have a basic understanding for Helix’s current situation.
Ground rules: A. Respect each other: Everyone is different and will think differently about things. We need to respect different ideas and thoughts. B. Listen to each other. C. Switch off your mobile phones. D. Do not interrupt speaker. If you need to, ask the facilitator. E. Do not eat during the facilitated session.
