Fairness plays a big role in our daily perosnal lives. Fairness is even prominent in homes, for example, when mother divides the cookies evenly among the children, everyone gets fair amount according to their size and age, but being fair all the time to everyone is not easy, it requires a lot of thinking and planning, but it’s worth the effort. Younger children think fairness means, playing togather, sharing, taking turns. On the other hand sometimes, when people start thinking that life is unfair to them, their stressful marriages can lead to divorces and ugly divorces can lead to murders. On another hand, society looks to the judicial system to judge fairness, whether it be for marriage, divorce or to even the worst cases of murder. Sometimes these scenarios can cause a party to feel that they are being treated unfairly. For instance, if we look at the data of division of custody for children of divorced parents, we see a 85 percent bias towards the female party receiving custody of the child, which can cause the father figure to feel that life and marriage were not fair to him, resulting in a lack of faith towards fairness as a whole.
If employees are treated fairly at work then you will get better appreciation from them which will make your job and employee’s job
