Using the many types of social media for reaching out to vehicle drivers is a good way to get our message out. Having a strong social media presences on the web is the key to reaching everyone’s interest. If applied correctly campaigning with social media can bring noteworthy success to our campaign. Social Media Marketing Social media campaigning is a type of internet campaign that implements various social media networks in order to achieve communication and awareness goals. Social media campaigning mostly covers actions involving social sharing of content, videos, and images for campaigning purposes. Setting up goals and a plan are crucial to starting a campaign. Who is the intended audience, what message are you trying to pass out, goals of awareness, communication, and interaction with your audience need to be established for a successful campaign. Persuasive Techniques The different types of techniques used in social media are community, repeated exposure, authority, and influence website traffic. Communities are built when followers gain an interest in your campaign website. Engaging in ongoing dialog can be a valuable type of market research. By finding out what challenges your followers are facing regarding texting and driving and engaging in chats or blogs help the community gain interest in what you are campaigning for. Repeated exposure is a benefit to using social media.
