Seeing a new creature can be a strange, especially when you have never even heard of anything like it. The Niffler has the silhouette of a rat and the nose of a platypus and other distinct and exotic features that make it easy to understand why Jacob was startled by such a thing. When Jacob went into Newts case it was like a new world crazy, unfamiliar things wandered around him acting peacefully in their own environment. Jacob begins to see that these creatures are brilliant and breathtaking and are not harming him in any way, shape or form. Acceptance is a process that happens over time, when you see something out of the ordinary it may seem scary because it is different from your normal but to really understand you must explore perspectives. Think of a spider and how many people are completely terrified of them, but in reality spiders are not looking to hurt you. Wizards do not want to hurt or damage anything, they are just misunderstood. We find Jacob being less intimidated and more confident around the magical beasts when he sees the beauty of this world that is Newt's case. By this part of the play, we can conclude that Jacob Kowalski understands both perspectives and has granted acceptance to Newt and the
